incoming mail server

When My computer starts in outlook express My incoming mail server
reads--127.0.0.1 instead of my mail server. I can deleat it and put my
correct server in but it returns to 127.0.0.1 whern I restare my
computer.

This is probably caused by any of these:

1. Email scanning is activated in your anti-virus software.
2. Spam blocker in place.
