Incoming mail goes to Spam box

E-mails that come to my inbox almost immediately go to the Spam box. How do
I fix that? Is my account corrupt? Do I have a virus?

Mine do the same thing. I went to the toolbar and selected tools, options,
junk e-mail, and no filtering, then cleared all addresses from the block
e-mail file, but some e-mails still go into the spam.

If you have done all these steps, I guess we both have to wait for an answer
from someone else

You don't state your Outlook version and you always should.
