incoming mail as Spam

E-mails that come to my inbox almost immediately go to the Spam box.
How do
I fix that? Is my account corrupt? Do I have a virus?

Please clarify at the earliest.

What Spam box? Outlook does not have one. What OL version? Look for an addon
Antispam program that you have installed and disable it. If you mean Junk
Mail Folder, check your Junk settings and also your Rules & Alerts.
