Incoming mail goes straight to deleted items

Intermittent email messages go straight into deleted items. Cannot find
pattern as to why but tends to be same selected users within same domain
 
Have you possibly have picked up a rule that is sending the same sender to
trash?

go to Tools -> Rules Wizard and see if any show. that's what it sounds like
since you say "Cannot find pattern as to why but tends to be same selected
users within same domain"

just a thought
 
Do you have any rules set that might be moving the items or could it be the
Junk mail filter?
 
One last thing to check and it's a long shot.... see if any countries are
checked here: Tools menu > Options > Junk E-mail > International tab >
Blocked Top-Level domain list

I am havinng this same problem. All my unread mail is going straight to the
deleted mail box. I've tried to check my rules and alerts box but when I
click on that the screen flickers and does not open the command. Anyone know
what could be happening?
