Incoming mail goes to delete folder

All of my incoming mail to Outlook 2007 goes to the "delete" folder. I am
unable to find a setting to correct this issue. Any suggestions?

The first thing to try is to uninstall your antivirus program and reinstall
it without any mail scanning.
