incoming html message are not displayed properly?

Inbox incoming message (not junk) has a header - Message (HTML) but they
aredisplaying as plain text and therefore the HYPERLINK do not show the
artwork etc etc.. Please can you help me...
 
You should post your version of Outlook. Check your Tools, options, email
options to make sure 'Read all mail in Plain Text' is not selected.
 
Thanx it was helpful and I've checked it's off. I've found that under
Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/Advanced Tab/Multimedia "Show
Pictures" was not selected or maybe a virus turned it off? not sure anyway
it's fine again... thanx to you as well...
