incoming e mails

i am running MS office 2007 and in my Outlook my incomming e mails do not
have automatically the exagon box to gategorize them.
can you help me by telling where do i have to go to put this exagon
automatically.

You may right click the message and choose Categorize, or click the toolbar
button. If the Categories column is visible and you have set a quick-click
category, you may also click into that column to assign the pre-determined
category.
