Incoming e-mails should be customizable like cell phone ringtones

Just a thought - Outlook users should be able to customize the incoming
e-mail sound just like you can for incoming cell phone calls so that while
you are working and an e-mail arrives, you know who it is from.

You can by going to Start -> Control Panel -> Sounds and Audio Devices.
Click on the Sounds tab, and scroll down to "New Mail Notification".

1.First see what you are saying is correct or not [ Because it is incorrect,
you can change it by the control panel > sounds and audio...]
2. Here is no Microsoft person.

You can, using Rules and Alerts.

....and on top of that, if a user has time to be changing the new mail
notification sound (when comparing to cell phone ringtones), the user must
have a lot of time on his/her hands. What a waste of company time.

Just set up a rule - 30 seconds or so?

You do know who it is from. The header tells you that.
