Including Full Control Panel

I need the following functions:

1) Control panel
2) Administrative tools
3) Display settings
4) Network settings
5) Regional settings
6) System properties
7) Services Control Panel


I've tried adding almost every component I can think of, but can't get this
to work. For example, when I expand the control panel, I see the
admistrative tools, but when I double click on it, nothing happens.

I added MMC and services.msc but it only works if I manually run MMC and the
add services.msc.

Can somebody help me? Is there documentation on what component does what and
how the components are related to each other. Please don't respond Component
Help because that documentation is a joke.

I guess the best way to do this is use filemonitor and copying the files
manually

Did you add the following components?

Target Designer->Software->System->User Interface->Shells->Windows Shell

->Add Hardware Control Panel

->Add / Remove Program Control Panel

->Display Control Panel

->Network Setup Wizard

->System Control Panel

Target Designer->Software->System->International->Regional and Language
Options
