Including Attachments When Replying

How can I keep the attachments on an e-mail when I am replying to it? I can
when I forward but not when I reply. I thought there was a setting
somewhere but I can't find it. I am using Outlook 2002. Thanks in advance
for any assistance.

Why? The person you are replying to already HAS the attachment, because they
sent it to you in the first place!

Usually it is because they were attachments on something I sent requesting
some information and I receive no reply to my original e-mail so I have to
resend it again. I realize that I can resend the same message with
attachments but I find that I usually then want to say something
additionally indicating that I have received no reply. I can not do this if
I just click resend. I would like to use reply or reply all so that all of
the addees are automatically put in and I do not have to pick them out of my
contacts list again. If I forward the original message I get the
attachments but I then have to pick all of the addees out of my contacts
again. Just trying to make it easier on me.

My mistake. Please ignore my last reply in this string. I just realized
that I can add additional information on an e-mail that I resend and it does
keep the attachments.
