Includetext sometimes includes headers and footers

All,

I am building a large document with approximately 50 documents using
includetext. I am not using \* Mergeformat switch. The majority of the
documents are included without headers/footers, but a couple are. I have
tried bookmarking just the text included, but the headers/footers are still
included. I am using Word 2007.

Hi Pat,

This is most likely occurring because the included range incorporates one or more Section breaks. You'll need to either:
.. delete the Section breaks; or
.. use multiple INCLUDETEXT fields, each pointing to a bookmarked range that excludes any Section breaks.
