Include Updating Question

I am using an "include" page for a navigation menu. It
went in fine and works as origianlly designed. However I
went back to the page that serves an the "include" and
placed a search feature on it. It updated on the Home page
only. The other pages did not update and before I start
yanking it apart...is there something special I need to do
to get it to update on all pages ? I have done the normal
things such as overwriting all files on server, clearing
cache. You can view the worksite at
http://www.server404.com/willowindustries "go" button on
the top of nav menu.
