Include SCSI controllers, etc...

Can someonple please provide the high-level or resource to review for adding
SATA and SCSI drivers to the XP or even 2000/2003 installation CD?

My goal is not to have to press F6 when installing an XP/2000/2003 just to
install the appropriate controller driver.

Do a Google search on slipstreaming. Somewhere in that list you'll find an
article from Green Machine's Space that gives the instructions you need.
