Include "Owner" column, Outlook Task Export to Access

How do I include the "Owner" column when I export Outlook Tasks to Access.

I've been searching and can find no information on this.

Also, "Map Fields" has been no help at all. It does not show the "Owner" as
an available field.

Custom fields are not available for Export or import.
