include accounts in synch or backup? (Outlook 2003)

I have lots of POP mail accounts which I change frequently. Is there a way
to back up this info so I can copy it to the other computer?

I am synchronizing between desktop & laptop over a LAN by copying contents
of:
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

I guess mail account info is stored in the registry. But I can't find it. Is
it encrypted? Can it be exported/imported?

I found answers:

I can export/import the key...
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles
....between Win2K & WinXP which works beautifully. I have to re-enter all
account passwords though.
