yes with the search form in Frontpage (if you have server extensions running).
or third party products such as www.atomz.com (remotely hosted, but the results
page can be designed to match your site. This requires a bit of html knowledge,
more than just using the wysiwyg interface of Frontpage).

Or try here for an asp search script: www.webwizguide.info again a bit of asp and
html knowledge won't go astray
It searches based on keywords and description meta tags.
