How come email won't go into the inbox. I have one
contact that always goes into a different folder. Do I
need to reset something? I have already tried deleting
the contact and reset them up. It still goes into the
wrong folder.
 
Have you checked the Rules Wizard to see if one of your rules might be
sending these particular messages to a different folder?

Thank you so much. That fixed the problem. I never set
up any rules, but there was one in there that sent her
email to the wrong folder.
