Inbox - show email address in To: column NOT user name

Ever since switching from Exchange 5.5 to 2000 (and now 2003), the To: column
in the Outlook Inbox shows the user's name, NOT the email address the message
was sent to.
I have numerous users with multiple email addresses, and it would be helpful
to them to know which email address a particular message was sent to.
Currently the only way they can figure it out is either:

a) by the content of the message
-OR-
b) by going into View > Options and looking at the Internet headers on the
message

Is there a way to tell Outlook/Exchange to NOT resolve the email address to
the user name?

Thanks

No...
What version of Outlook? You could set up a rule to search for
(e-mail address removed) in the message headers and move them to another folder,
or color the message blue, or pop up a dialog box, etc etc etc...
