Inbox Share

I have setup an inbox in Outlook 2003 so another user has permission to view
this folder. It works except when the person opens up the inbox it does not
open in a seperate window. We are using Exchange 2003 if this helps. Does
anyone know how to set it so it opens in seperate window? Thanks
 
It takes a few extra steps to open the shared Inbox in its own window: After it opens in the main window, right-click the folder name, e.g. Sue Mosher - Inbox, then choose Open in New Window. You can then return to the main window and switch back to your own Inbox.
