inbox says (1) UNREAD (BOLD) BUT ACTUALLY S/B (O) ALL READ ???

My INBOX is displaying (1) new/unread message even though I don't have any.
I always check my e-mail (as a real estate broker) and it drives me crazy to
think I may have a client/prospect that I am not responding to.

I have scrolled through all my saved e-mails in my INBOX several times, and
I don't have any e-mails that are BOLDED which would indicate that they
haven't been read.

HELP !!!!! ... THANK-YOU in advance

I seriously doubt anyone is gonna call you except for telemarketeers.

Right click on INBOX and select Mark All As Read and see if that helps.
