are you getting an error when trying to open the folder, or does it just
hang there? I have found on occasion that if someone could not open a pst
file on their workstation, I could open it on mine (1/2 gig of RAM on mine),
then I could break the pst file apart into a couple of smaller pst files and
then the user could access them...

User on Outlook 98 had corrupt .pst folder. Inbox Repair tool would run
and say everything is alright. Still could not open folder. Upgraded to
Outlook 2k and still could not open folder. Ran Inbox Repair Tool and it
said file is fine. The size of the .pst is 1GB. Any suggestions?
