Inbox problems

For some reason, my inbox is only showing me the date and time of the sent
e-mail. I'm not seeing who sent it and what the subject is. How can I get
this back?
 
Right click on the column header and select Field Chooser. Add your
preferred fields by dragging the item to the column.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
