Inbox problem

When accessing the Inbox, the right pane is all grey with
the message "unable to display the folder". This can't be
a permission issue because I logged into the mailbox with
the postman(admin) account.

Are you clicking on the Inbox in the folder list, or are you clicking the
Inbox shortcut on the Outlook Bar?
