You've somehow landed in the PowerPoint group. I suspect you meant to post
in the Outlook group.
When you do so, don't type in all caps -- it implies shouting, and I'm sure
you don't intend to shout at people who can help you.
You may also want to spell "print" with an I instead of an A and mention
which version of Outlook and Windows you're working with. Sometimes people
ignore messages where the author hasn't taken time to make him/herself
clear.
If you are not using Outlook, then you need to post in a forum dedicated to
your email program.
