Unable to delete and/or open an e-mail message in my in-box. Get
instruction to check if sufficient memory is available and try again!
Have had thus message now for 2 months and this fault is getting up my nose.
Apart from this WindowsMail performs faultless.
Hope someone can help.
Thanks

Try the fix provided here:

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090

Download and install the update appropriate for your operating system:

Windows Vista, 32-bit versions:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=09F002D9-A140-42A8-99F5-A86F2B7E39F1

Or,

Windows Vista, 64-bit versions:

Messages stuck in the inbox cannot be removed without major trauma.
This problem is often caused by interference from your
antivirus program. Windows Mail is not compatible with most
McAfee or Norton security programs. Those will need to be uninstalled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download and
install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:
http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
email scanning option turned off. For more on this topic see
http://www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3

Since the non-compatible antivirus may have corrupted your
Windows Mail beyond repair, if the above action does not fix the
problem, I recommend that you upgrade to Windows Live Mail.
WLM will automatically import your WM accounts, settings, and emails.

So how do I delete all this garbage in my email box

I suspect your email folders are destined to contain
garbage long as you live.... certainly "sent items."
and get out of this
"newsgroup"... I don't want to receive any more of this nonsense!

If you have no children who can help you out ask your mum or dad.

Right click the newsgroup in the Folder List and Unsubscribe.
