Inbox Keyboard Access

Melanie

I'm using Outlook 2002 and I don't use a mouse. I'm finding that when I hit
ctrl+shift+i, the inbox is displayed, but the cursor focus is not in the
inbox so I have to use a mouse to access the inbox (which is not at all
helpful). I know I've had this problem before, but I can't remember how I
corrected it.

does anyone know what this problem could be? It's not just for the inbox, as
soon as I navigate to another folder with the keyboard it loses focus again
and I can't access the actual messages in the folder without the mouse.

I'm getting really frustrated and would appreciate some help.

Thanks in advance!

You can use F6 to jump trough the main Outlook panels or use the TAB button
to jump through each section.
