I went to the google short cut but I have a question, below were the
directions, what is the list pane and how do I find it?

Right-click in a blank area of the list pane and choose Other Settings.
Change the fonts there. The Column font setting will change the headers on
the columns. The Row font setting will change the text in the rows.

That's the pane that contains the From, Subject, Received, etc. informaiton
for each message.
