inbox folders are full and my e-mails download but disappear

Sometimes when i download e-mails my folders get full. For example if it is downloading 50 e-mails and after 25 it runs out of room in my inbox temp folder the other 25 download but disappear and are not in my inbox. Anyone have any idea where they are stored and how i can retrive?

what version of outlook are you using? See help, about if unsure. Outlook doesn't use a temp folder...
