inbox contents gone!

I don't know what happened but I turned on my desktop today and all the
contents in my inbox is gone! empty!
Yet the sent box is still full as is the deleted items and drafts.
How can I get my stuff back??

Hard to say without any configuration information to work with;
Version of Outlook?
Type of mail account?
Does the folder size of the Inbox still indicate that there are items in it?
In that case, reset your view for that folder;
View-> Current View-> Customize Current View...-> Reset Current View

Do you perhaps access you emails via another device as well via POP3?

Of course, you can always restore from backup as well.

Have you tried Scanpst.exe? is it not working out??
if not the try Kernel for Outlook recovery tool, hope it restores your inbox completey.
