Hello everyone

Is there any possibility of getting around this error? I cannot even get
into safe mode.

It is a Windows 2k Server SP4 box - I inserted a PCI 56K modem and it gave
us a blue screen. I removed the card and I am still getting it.

Is it a format or is the drive actually corrupt?

Can u able to locate your drive in Bios?
If yes then u r safe with the desk ,else u r drive has
gone for a toss.

Am I ever happy

I obtained an emergency repair disk I had made in mid December and ran a
repair

I used the win2k CD to run setup enter into the repair mode. I was then
prompted for the ERD. I ran it and it booted great!!!

I hope this helps someone! Make an ERD for every Win2k box you have!
