I posted a problem a while back that remains unresolved.
I had an XP installation that at certain times could not access shares
on the network regardless on a ping -t confirming that there was no
network disruption.
It has since transpired that this problem occurs following the user
connecting to the internet via a modem.
The only change to the system that was in the time frame between the
system being trouble free and the showing these symptoms was an upgrade
to the latest Trend Micro PC-cillin. This may or may not be unrelated.
Any ideas?
