In Word how do I get rid of "Create your drawing here"?

Every time I insert a text box, Create Your Drawing here comes up and
interferes with any other text box..Is there a way to get rid of this
altogether?
 
On the General tab of Tools | Options, clear the check box for the option
that refers to the drawing canvas. You can still insert a drawing canvas
when needed (when you need to use Connectors, for example) using Insert |
Picture | New Drawing.
