In Word etc. should let me increase/decrease the size of ALL font.

Suggestion for new feature I would use.

Press Ctrl-A, then have a font increase size / font decrease size button
that would proportionally change all the fonts +-1 size respectfully.

It's hard when you have different size fonts mixed together and you want to
change them all.

I think those are built-in features already:
Ctrl+> = GrowFont increases the font size proportionally,
Ctrl+] = GrowFontOnePoint increases all sizes by exactly 1 pt.

The same for Ctrl+< = ShrinkFont and Ctrl+[ = ShrinkFontOnePoint.

You can add those commands as buttons to a toolbar, too.
