In word 2000 how to insert photo on Avery8373 business card & sup.

Using Word 2000, how can I insert a photo on Avery 8373 buisness card ( to
cover entire card ,then superimpose text? I do not have Publisher - only
Word 2000 SR-1 Professional. Is it possible?
