.) open "Regional and Language Options" in the Control Panel
.) click on "Languages" tab
.) check "Install files for East Asian languages"
.) click "Apply" button
.) reboot when prompted
.) after reboot open "Regional and Language Option" again
.) click on "Languages" tab
.) click on the "Details" button - this will open "Text Services and Input
Languages" dialog
.) click on the "Add" button
.) select the language you would like to be able to enter in "Input
language:" combo box
.) select keyboard type in the "Keyboard layout/IME:" combo box
.) click "OK" button on "Text Services and Input Languages" dialog
.) click "OK" button on "Regional and Language Options" dialog
.) now you should have a language bar on your desktop or taskbar. The
language bar will allow you to set your input language.
