In user documentation, do you capiatlize Userid?

The use of the term "Userid" sometimes has a capial and others lowercase.
This is user documentation for wireless, firewalls, etc.

I'm not sure of any style rules for this but in general I wouldn't
capitalize it. What is more important is that, once you have made a choice,
you are consistent.
