In outlook how do i enter an appointment at say 4.25pm not 4.30pm

In Outlook calendar I want to enter data at times other than the hour or half
hour - say 4.25pm. How do I do that?

While setting up the appointment, TYPE the start time (or end time) you
desire in the appropriate box.
