In Outlook 2003 no send button

After weeks of good service, the "send" button in Outlook 2003 suddenly
disappeared. My profile still lists my correct email accounts and even
successfully sends test messges. I am receiving messages. Outlook Express
with the same settings continues to work for outgoing messages. I have
rebooted, etc. Any ideas?
 
Does right clicking your toolbar and selecting on the toolbars tab "Reset
Toolbar" correct the problem? Completely shut down Outlook and restart to
confirm.

If not, then close Outlook, find and rename outcmd.dat to .old. Then
restart Outlook. Does this solve the problem.

First, however, do you have an active mail account in Outlook?

account will be deleted without reading.
