in my system powerpoint file is not showing proper colour.if i send the same
file to other system (user) it showing properly.

Can you explain in more detail? Are the colours totally wrong (ie, red swapped
for green) or are the differences more subtle, like blue on one system showing
up as purple on another?

Also, let us know the version of PPT you use and tell us whether any add-ins
are loaded:

If it is subtle then it could be a colour depth difference between the 2 PCs.
ie, one set to 8 or 16-bit the other true colour.
