In Mozilla Firefox browser how do I get a scrolling marquee done.

I can't get the scrolling Marquee to scroll once then stop in Mozilla
Firefox.... It works fine in IE. The web address is
www.bloominggrovepolice.com check it out, it's pretty annoying!

Netscape does not support the marquee tag it is only supported by Internet
