In front page my cell properties / use background picture has gre.

am using office 2003 & xp sp2.
haven't used this feature for a while, now I see it is unavailable - checked
on a few sites, i am unable to place a background picture in a table cell.
any hwlp greatly appreciated.

Hi Bill,

The cause might be the browser settings in the Authoring tab of Page
options in the Tools menu of FrontPage 2003.

Resolution

Change the Browser setting to use Internet Explorer only

Actually it is an error in the FP Schemas for level 4 browsers
- Set Tools Page Options Authoring - Browser Schema to IE 5
