In FP 2003 page sub views does not appear in page view. Why?

When i click page view, there are no options at the bottom of the screen for
code, design, split, or preview. They used to be there, now they are gone.
The help file just says they should be there, it's very frustrating.

Run the function that restores the default toolbars and menus.

Try just opening a new page & they will return

That occurs if you have a badly mutilated html page that FP can not parse
right click in code view and reformat html to see if FP can fix the page
