In-Cell Drop Down Box getting 0s, help

Hi, I set up an in-cell drop down box using the "validation listbox"
function.

In the listbox, I have values from cells A1~C1. Sometimes all the cells are
filled up, sometimes they are empty.

The list box shows
"John", "Jay", 0
when the 3rd cell is empty. How do I make it so, if the cell is empty,
don't show it in the list box? Thanks in advanced!

I apologize, it's not empty, it's actually a formula linking to another cell
on another worksheet. I figured out how to ignore blanks. Thanks for any
help.
