Look at Option Group Frames. They allow only a single choice. Now look at
putting several radio buttons or check boxes in a box to simulate the same
look. That will allow multiple choices. You must store those choices in
separate fields in your table.

Instead of filling in a form, i would like some entries to be multiple
choice, for example we have 12 different job sites, instead of typing in the
site i wanted a the list of sites to pop up when people reach that field on
the form so they can just choose instead of typing it in
