It's in the "microsoft.public.outlook.general" area. http://www.microsoft.com/office/com...eral&mid=8fd6eb66-1150-407c-a86b-6ac0e7ec33e1 It DOES seem to fix the problem globally for all inbox sub-folders, at least on my computer.
