Improve importing from Excel - Allow field type to be changed like you can do
when you import from a text file. Many times the default does not match what
is mostly in the col.

This can be done in Access 2007. I doubt if they will go back and change
previous versions. However, if you save your Excel spreadsheet as a CSV
file, you can import it as text and modify the field types. That's what I
usually do.
