Impossible to edit message in Outlook 2003 - Exchange 2003 SP2

Hi everybody,

We have a problem using Outlook 2003-Exchange 2003. When we receive an
email, it is impossible to edit it.

The Edit message in the Edit menu is not present !

What can we do ?

We solved this problem :

create a new profile
then use the switches : cleanrule and cleanview
