Importing windows Address Book into Outlook 2003

I have been using Outlook Express 6 and am switching to
Outlook 2003. How do I get Contacts to recognize and use
my Windows Address Book?

Outlook will not use the Windows Address Book. You may import its contents
from OE using the Import Wizard.
