Importing web data into Excel 2000

One way to start is from the web site>place your cursor where you can right
click to get an option to import to excel>do so and build your external
query from there. You then use macros or indirect formulas to extract the
desired data. What data are you trying to get? For a client, I recently
created a project that gets 4000 days of trading history for about 50 pairs
of currencies using onada.com

I don't seem to see this! Is it available with XLS 2000? How
dependent am I on the web site design.

For info I want EUR:USD exchange rate and Oil price.

Thanks

Steve
