When I import video ( mpeg2) to "collections" I get the audio portion but not
the video portion!!??
How do I fix that??

Movie Maker doesn't work with - or well with (as you see) MPEG-2 files....
best to convert to AVI before importing, using a utility such as TMPGENc.
There's a link to it on the Setup > Other Software page of my website.

Hi PapaJohn
I'm trying to add some movie clips from my olympus camedia camera into the
Windows Movie Maker file. It's saying it can't import the file. Do you know
of a way I can get the file to import?

Thank you
BullysGirl

If they are MOV, you need to convert them using Rad Video Tools.... if MPEG1
use TMPGEnc. There are links on the Setup > Other Software page of my site
for the utilities.

If something other than MOV or MPEG1, it's the same approach... convert them
to avi first.
